How do I sign up for the Portal?  Once

Once your therapist schedules your first session, you will receive a welcome email from TherapyNotes with an invitation to the Client Portal.

Please log in as soon as you receive the email to:

  • Create your username and password

  • eSign all required intake paperwork

Important: New client paperwork must be completed at least 24 hours before your first session. If forms are not completed on time, the session may need to be rescheduled.

How do I log back into the Portal?  

You can access the TherapyNotes Client Portal in two ways:

  • Click the TherapyNotes icona small clipboard that says “TherapyNotes” — located on this page and in the top right corner of every page on our website

  • Or visit the portal directly using this link:
    https://www.therapyportal.com/p/compass29485/

Log in using the username and password you created during your initial setup.

What If I’m Having Trouble Logging In?  If you’ve forgotten your password, select “Forgot Password” on the login page and follow the prompts to reset it. If you continue to have difficulty, our office is happy to help.

What Is the Client Portal Used For?

The TherapyNotes Client Portal allows you to:

  • Complete and access intake and consent forms

  • Send and receive secure messages

  • Attend telehealth appointments

  • Store a credit/debit card or HSA card securely for billing

  • View invoices, statements, and Superbills

  • Check your account balance at any time

Is my information secure in the Portal?  Yes. The Client Portal is hosted by TherapyNotes, a HIPAA-compliant and fully encrypted electronic health record system designed specifically for mental health providers. Your personal and health information is protected and securely stored.
